Pavilion Psychology offers a range of Evidence Based Treatments as recommended by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) and these include:
- Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) used for a wide range of conditions such as anxiety and depression including Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Generalised Anxiety Disorder
- Trauma Focused Cognitve Behaviour Therapy (TF-CBT) is used in treating Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other Stress Reactions. This is often used in conjunction with EMDR below
- Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) This useful adjunct to therapy is offered as part of a more complex Trauma Focused Cognitive Behaviour Therapy treatment package in cases of PTSD
- Behaviour Couples Therapy (BCT) along with CBT above, this is often used in helping people with addictions who have the support of a spouse or partner who wish to play a part in the overall therapy treatment plan.
